Careers in Biobehavioral Health
The Biobehavioral Health program may be the right choice for you if you are interested in the health and medical field. This degree provides a strong foundation for students interested in pursuing additional education opportunities such as graduate school, medical school, or other health profession programs.

Interested in pursuing a career as a healthcare provider? The skills and knowledge that you gain in the BBH program provide a great foundation for graduate school, medical school, or other health profession programs. With additional graduate-level training and licensure, you may work as a medical doctor, a physician’s assistant, a nurse, a physical therapist, or an occupational therapist.
- Public Health

This program may be right for those interested in working in research or as a government employee with organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or a state health department. In these fields, you may help identify health concerns facing a population or conduct research on how an epidemic can be averted.
