ISS - Information Systems and Services

Matt has been with the College of HHD since 2011. As Director, Matt is responsible for overseeing the operations of ISS. His previous roles included leading the Help Desk team, project management, strategic initiatives, and consulting. 

Charlie joined us from Liberal Arts. His main role is to assist all College members in making the best purchases of hardware and software that can be made. He also distributes licenses for Qualtrics.

Ryan joined HHD in 2019 and primarily provides IT support to the Center for Health Care and Policy Research, Health Policy Administration, Marketing and Communications, Master of Health Administration, Outreach, Prevention, and Recreation Park Tourism Management. 

Oversees the college's Communications & Marketing, Information Systems & Services, and Facilities functions. 

Primary liaison between faculty, staff, and graduate students and ISS, advising our constituents on the purchase and use of technology in their teaching, research, and learning needs.

Brad joined HHD in the fall of 2022 from the College of Ag Sciences where he was an IT Consultant. He has been with the University in numerous IT roles since 2008. His primary role in HHD is the supervision of the Service Desk and its six full-time IT Support Specialists.

Gary joined us from PSU Outreach. Gary primarily provides support to the Dean's Suite, Human Development and Family Studies, The Center for Healthy Aging, and Human Resources. Gary also maintains the digital signage across the College.

Joe joined HHD in May of 2022 as an IT Support Specialist. He services several Departments in the College as their primary IT Support.  

Corey joined Penn State in 2004 with the College of Engineering, then joined the College of Health and Human Development in 2019.  He augments the Sys Admin team to help provide and maintain the systems and services necessary to keep the College running smoothly and secur
