Changes to teaching faculty guidelines

Summary of additional changes made to non-tenure line teaching faculty guidelines

• Added language speaking to the typical teaching load for a 36-week and a 48-week contract, and it was noted that, for contract lengths between 36 and 48 weeks, adjustments to teaching load can be made proportionate to the length of the contract
• Modified language around service expectations to be more in line with expectation for service in promotion guidelines
• Added language explicitly acknowledging that some teaching faculty do engage in research and that this can factored into teaching load determination
