College DEIB Resources
The College of Health and Human Development embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as core values in both its mission and vision. Our goal is to empower a diverse community of leaders and scholars who promote human health, development, and quality of life throughout the lifespan.
Students are encouraged to build connections with other University units that will further support their educational experience, professional development, personal needs, and cultural growth. Likewise, the University provides excellent resources for faculty and staff to support and enrich their work experience, and offer guidance when working with students. Explore these resources below.
The following resources provide a starting point for exploring personal and professional growth opportunities around the topics of racial inequality, social injustice, and forms of discrimination. Also included are resources for reporting issues of discrimination, bias, and acts of intolerance at Penn State.
