Learn about Penn State and the College of Health and Human Development

The first few days and weeks being on campus can be overwhelming and we want to help you learn about campus and some of the resources available to you. Attend as many of the following events or participate in the activities to earn an official Passport stamp.

Get your Passport at the Academic College Welcome Meeting on June 25th and get ready to take flight! 

Prizes: 

  • Earn 12 stamps to win a $50 prize (e.g., echo dot, coffee maker, instant camera, etc.)
  • Earn 8-10 stamps to win a $25 prize (e.g., bluetooth speaker, hydroflask, fan, backpack, etc.)
  • Earn 4-7 stamps to win a $10 prize (e.g., planner, charging cords, room organizers, water bottle, etc.)

Obtaining stamps: For every designated Passport location or event, you will receive a stamp to place on your Passport. Some stamps can be acquired through accomplishing tasks and are not time specific while others require your attendance at a specific date, time, and location.

Lost Passport: If you lose your Passport, a new one may be obtained in 4 Henderson; however, stamps are non-transferrable.

Deadline: Turn in your Passport to Assistant Dean, Megan Owens in 4 Henderson by Friday, August 9th, 2024.

HHD at the Palmer July 24th 3:00 p.m. Palmer Museum of Art Receive a guided tour of our new Palmer Museum of Art with fellow HHD students! We'll meet you at the Palmer! 
Attend Central PA Festival of the Arts July 11th-July 14th Downtown SC and UP campus Join 125,000 visitors and explore over 300 artist vendors and fun activities and events. Take a picture of yourself at the event and email it to m.owens@psu.edu.
