Job Description

Pathway's Community Living is a non-profit agency providing support for people with intellectual disabilities. Services include behavioral, residential, culinary, and vocational. A residential service provides 24 hour support assisting individuals with daily living activities, coping therapy, and making sure they are fully integrated with their community.

Loves and Challenges

Witnessing people improve their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job according to Brittany, but with this comes some challenges when first acclimating someone to the agency.
