Tom Neely, CEO of Thomas E. Strauss, Inc, is a 35-year hospitality industry veteran. After achieving his HRIM degree from dear Old State in 1987, he embarked on his career journey with hotel management company Interstate Hotels. Since then, his experiences helped garner a broad base of deep understanding of the hospitality industry and helped him to hone his skills to be able to achieve his current role now leading a diverse hospitality group of businesses including hotels, restaurants, multiple retail opportunities and a commercial bakery.
